Elena was in on the action the second the explosion went off, she was throwing bat-a-rangs at the guns knocking them out of thug’s hands in the confusion. Then Batwoman went in fighting allowing Batman to work on the Penguin like they had agreed though she was still worried about what kind of vendetta he had against the Penguin. Hopefully he didn’t have murderous intent but Elena’s hopes weren’t usually in her favor.
Deciding that she would worry about Batman later right now she was worrying about the men that were trying to punch her. Thanks to her training Elena was able to dodge them giving more hits than she was taking them. But still they seemed to circle her and Elena was throwing them into each other grunts of pain coming from the men she was fighting.
Then out came the main man it seemed definitely a foot taller than Elena and much much buffer. “You’re going to die Bat bitch” He addressed to her and Elena sneered in response keeping her fighting stance. Yay my favorite nickname Elena thought dodging a punch from his right but then took a hit to the gut. This was going oh so well.

He didn't care about the thugs, because that's all they were to him, thugs. He ran through the doorway and barged straight past them, not even giving them a second glance. Will left Batwoman to it, not really willing to give her a helping hand, as he could see the man he was after. Sat behind his desk, cowering, two burly men stood blocking Will's way. Like they could.
He leapt out, and grabbed the two men, using his momentum to push them forward into the desk. The desk smashed into splinters beneath the three of them, and Will lashed out angrily at the two, for even daring to block his way, and proceeded to beat them with his fists furiously. But they were distracting him from who he should have been focusing on.
He looked up, and glared at the aging Penguin, who'd stood up and began to back away. The man who'd caused Jason Todd to do was in Will's view, and he was exstatic. His cape flapped as Will slammed into the old man, pressing him against the wall, and gripped the Penguin's neck tightly, sneering into his face.
"You should have hid for the rest of your life, old man. You should have locked yourself away. That was your biggest mistake," Will hissed, before turning and throwing the Penguin across the room, causing the man to squeal.
"Listen kid, whatever I did, it was a mistake! We can get past this!" Cobblepot coughed, struggling to crawl away, before Will grabbed his leg and jerked him back.
"I'm not some dumb kid. I know what you're like, what you do, and I know that tonight you can't squirm out of trouble again. Things have changed around here. I'm Batman, and this is my city now."

Batwoman took care of the henchmen fairly well; she didn’t take many hits actually delivered most of the blows though her attention remained solely on her male counterpart. She didn’t want him to kill the Penguin though there was obviously some sort of vendetta against the two. Elena decided to stop the tension before it could grow to anything she would be unable to stop. “Killing him will make you just as bad as he is, don’t do it no matter how tempting it is, you’ll give him the satisfaction” Batwoman warned moving closer to the Dark Knight and the Penguin.
“Yeah li-listen to the lovely Ms. Bat don’t give me the satisfaction” The Penguin pleaded terrified for his life, which he should be this wasn’t the same Batman he fought against years before. “I don’t remember saying you were allowed to talk” Elena challenged glaring at the fat man in disgust. She never killed anyone, though at times there were people where she wished that she did. Elena could never take a life, neither could Batwoman she was trained to be above that, use fear as a weapon not violence. She fought against murderers the day she became one she would retire as Batwoman completely.

Will was enraged, and glared deep into Penguin's eyes, and could feel his temper rising. He had to do this. He had to get rid of this piece of filth who'd killed his father, and had ruined Gotham with his business. Why did he deserve to live? He didn't. Will whipped out the handgun from his utility belt, and levelled it at Cobblepot's head angrily, causing the old man to wail in fear.
“Killing him will make you just as bad as he is, don’t do it no matter how tempting it is, you’ll give him the satisfaction”
"Killing him will make me as bad as him? I doubt that. This man doesn't deserve to live. Who knows how many he's killed. I'll only have killed him. Just him. A man who doesn't deserve to breathe anymore. I think I can take that on my shoulders," Will replied angrily, and cocked the gun.
He rested the barrel into the Penguin's forehead, finger ready to squeeze the trigger. Part of him felt he shouldn't, but Jason had done it so many times before. Will wanted to be like his Dad, so if Jason Todd could do it, Will Todd could do it. Will gently closed his eyes, and prepared.

“Then you leave me no choice” Batwoman said her lip forming a snarl almost, she through the maroon colored bat a rang knocking the gun out of Batman’s hands. The penguin hissed apparently being scraped by the weapon due to being so close to Elena’s target. She took a fighting stance; instead of fighting criminals it seemed that she would have to fight her counterpart instead. Though this wasn’t how she wanted things to end between them she wouldn’t stand for him killing someone.
“I’m not going to stand here and let you ruin his name like that regardless of what the Penguin if you kill him you don’t deserve to call yourself Batman” Batwoman challenged, she wasn’t going to allow this man ruin the name that her father made for himself. If this Batman was alright with killing Elena didn’t want to see him wearing her father’s costume or even bearing his name for that matter. Killing was against everything that Batman stood for, or used to stand for now that things were turning out this way.
“ Hopefully you’ll thank me for this one day ” Elena said. She saw what he could do, the potential he had. If he let this murderous intent go then maybe she would support him wearing the cowl. But now that she saw him point a gun at the Penguin she couldn’t let him continue being Batman, or she just couldn’t be called his complete ally. Maybe that’s why she said hopefully, if she saw he was done with killing people maybe she could work with him again.
